Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed real time and shipped everyday Monday thru Friday. Order cutoff time is 11 A.M. for same day shipping. All orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation via USPS First Class. Available shipping options are listed in the shipping info page at the Checkout. Upgraded shipping to Priority and Expedited are available. We ship ultra discreetly with no indication of the package contents. The return address is just that, an address. Your privacy is of the utmost importance!

Replacement & Return Policy
We will replace any product damaged in shipping provided it is still in unopened original packaging.
Returns of unopened product from your initial order will be accepted for a full refund. The inner seal shall be intact and the outer seal in place to receive a full refund. All returned products are destroyed and not re-shipped.
GTGHARD Satisfaction Refund Policy: Only applies to your initial order, you can return all unopened and/or opened GTGHARD packets for a full refund.

**All refunds are for the product purchase price and does not include any shipping reimbursement. All returns must be received within 60 days of purchase date to receive a refund. All refunds will be credited to your credit card within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

Payment, Pricing & Ordering
Payments that are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Debit Cards. These forms of payment are acceptable for Domestic orders only. Ordering: You can order via the site only.

Viewing Orders
Once you have placed your order you may review the order onsite by logging in with the User Name and Password you created. Your tracking number will be posted along with your complete order. You may track your order at USPS.COM. If you have questions regarding your order please call the Toll Free number for assistance.

Updating Account Information
You may update your information at anytime by simply logging in to your account and making the changes. You will need your User Name and Password. Should you need to reset your password or change your user name please contact us at the Toll Free number provided.
